BG011 Cleaning Services is a locally owned and operated cleaning company. We are fully bonded and insured.
We strive always to send the same professional to your place. However, there could be exceptions regarding vacation days, illness, or other situations.
We carry our own cleaning supplies and tools. You don’t need to buy them or provide them in any way.
Our cleaning professionals work from 8:00 to 16:30. Occasionally, they might stay longer in a house to finish a job. We can’t quote an exact arrival time for that and other reasons like traffic and ever-changing schedules. However, you can contact the office if you need an estimated arrival window. Also, we send out text messages with a 2-hour window of arrival, usually the day before your service.
The manager evaluates cleaning professionals regularly. Our management might need to enter certain homes to asses the quality after the job is done. This is our method to ensure quality.
Please, ensure we can enter your home during the moment of arrival. Usually, our clients provide a key or a code to enter.
Due to insurance and safety matters, our cleaning staff cannot do specific actions like lifting heavy objects or stepping on furniture. Other prohibited activities are: handling biohazards like pet or human fluids and waste, picking up rodent feces, or cleaning high areas. In fact, we provide our staff with a 2-step ladder for exclusive use. However, you can offer extension poles if you want us to reach high places.
For pet owners, we request to clean up any urine or feces before our arrival. Also, our cleaning staff isn’t permitted to clean flea-infested homes—contact the appropriate professional in those cases. Lastly, our cleaners won’t work on your home if they feel in danger due to an aggressive pet or animal.
We expect payment on the day of each scheduled service. You could leave your payment on the kitchen counter or pay via credit or debit card. You should know that we could charge you a billing fee whenever your cleaning was not paid on the day of service.
We will send you an invoice if your payment is not received. You have to remit your payment immediately, or a $10 late fee will be added to your cleaning (after three business days). This process will be reprised until your account is paid in full.
Contact our office in advance if you need to skip a scheduled cleaning. Because old dust and grime can build up, we add more time to your next cleaning, charging an extra $50 to cover those expenses.
Whenever you wish to cancel your scheduled service, we ask that you notify our office within 48 hours. On the contrary, we will charge you a $100 cancellation fee. If you wish to end your relationship with our business and stop receiving our visits, you are free to do it because there isn’t a contract term implied. However, the same 48-hour cancellation notice applies.
If our team cannot enter your home due to the client’s fault (for example, no key, animals not contained, etc.), you will still be charged the full-service price.
Eventually, minor accidents can occur, like small items being knocked off when cleaning. BG011 can provide a credit for incidental damages up to $500. You must file a claim with your homeowner’s insurance for damages caused during the service. Our insurance provider will handle damages caused by our malpractice. However, for this protection to occur, we must always use BG011-approved products to clean your home; otherwise, we can not be held accountable for damages.
